History
The company launched in April 2013 as part of Projest Group, which is both an investment holding and an investment managing and consulting company founded in 2001. As an entrepreneur Projest developed and executed residential and hotel projects major Bulgarian cities like: Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate development and in order to improve the quality control, we decided to open our own construction company named R35, with main focus in the construction of industrial and logistic projects.
